Your veil of secrecy
Inhibits revolving doors
Mysteries of your mind
Disguised in enveloped smiles
Why do you keep your beauty hidden?
In un-expressed ways
Your smile
Your invisible smile
Shines through the iris of your eyes
Your beautiful eyes
Lifting your veil of secrecy,
I embrace your lips with a tender kiss
A kiss that opens
Opens up doors;
Doors no longer revolving
But standing still
You’re soul, now open,
Standing open
Growing with love
Love to share
I want to know everything there is about you
What you do when I’m not with you
What you think about
When you look at yourself
In the mirror
Are there memories
Wishing I was there with you.
I lie here wondering
What it would be like
Loving you all night long
We can make this night a journey
A journey to remember
January through December
Let’s make love
Let’s uncover the veil of secrecy
